About me
In my 30 years of professional life, I’ve worked in large conglomerates, smaller startups, and ran my own independent consulting companies. Each of these come with their own sets of challenges, unique schedules, and stressors.
Managing a large team in the corporate world takes a certain amount of interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, not to mention rigorous time management. While working in a startup may seem much more simple, one often has to wear multiple hats – the phrase “that’s not my job” is not acceptable in many cases.
Separately, I’ve also had to manage multi-year ordeals in family court. This alone is stressful (to say the least) and I had to do this while working in these demanding roles. Oh – also as a single parent.
All of this has taught me how to manage priorities, communicate effectively to varying personality types, and know when my stress levels are getting too high. I gained some important tools to help me get through situations that were time consuming and exhausting. I wish I had someone at the time to guide me through life’s challenges.
These experiences, along with specialized training, puts me in a position to be that guide for you. Let’s talk about your challenges and work together to build a plan that suits you best.
